**Internal Communication Officer (Marketing Division)**
- Handle all internal communications for ISS to enhance employee relations and engagement
- Research the best internal communication practices and develop solutions to help improve communications to our internal audience
- Create strategic communications plans for our company to deliver important messages effectively
- Collaborate with the editorial team to assist in developing assets for our company communications.
- Identify internal communication gaps and opportunities.
- Assist in the organization and execution of internal employee activities / events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications or Marketing
- 3 years of experience as an internal communications specialist
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Knowlegde of common internal communication practice

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterkloof, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
