Job Description

To perform a variety of clerical duties to support the operations assigned to the unit
- Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients (optimising revenue opportunities) or by acquiring new clients
- Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
- Manage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Develop process and product enhancements to increase efficiencies for the business unit
- Support Key Account Managers (KAM) with their day-to-day tasks
- Support Key Account Support Team (Trainers and Engineers)
- Liaise with Business Co-ordinator for parking requirements and out of town accommodation requirements.
- Provide accurate and reliable statistics.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
