The Fleet Controller is responsible to control vehicles, equipment, and staff in ensuring that deliveries are executed on time and in accordance with the Service level Agreement (SLA) conditions and all administration is completed timeously and accurately.

**Qualifications**:
Senior certificate or equivalent to GR.12 (Matric)
Driver’s License
Multi-lingual language proficiency - English/Afrikaans
3-5 years’ experience in a Transport Operations Department
PC Literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Relevant road legislation - Road Traffic
Product knowledge for stock identification, storage and movement
Routing and scheduling processes
Vehicle specifications and capacities
Classification, specifications and legislation pertaining to different types and categories of products or types of materials to be transported
Different functions and departments in the company
Freight handling/lifting equipment capacity, rating and operation/Fright securing principles
Company systems and standard operation procedures (SOPs)
Health and safety legislation and SHERQ principles
Transport Management System
Basic understanding of the Mine-Site Management System
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of the RTMS
Capable to bring in sales, new customers, and new sub-contractors
