**Supply Chain Analyst (Systems and Data Analyst)**

**The Opportunity**:
**An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Logistics Division which will help reshape and evolve our supply chain to ensure that it is future fit. This role will be involved with transforming and optimising the TFG Supply Chain** **through data analysis, network modelling, process simulation and supply chain design.**

**Responsibilities**:

- To identify, develop and implement Logistics and business improvement opportunities
- Continuously drive opportunities for optimisation of the supply chain through cost reduction, profit improvement, increased speed and enhanced customer satisfaction
- Support the business decision-making process with key information, reporting, BI and dashboards.
- Supply chain network modelling for various brands and retailers
- Transportation modelling and optimisation
- Solution/process design and implementation
- Business case development and presentation
- Data analysis and relevant findings and actions presented
- Supply Chain Guru scenario modelling, analysis and recommendations
- Distribution centre and process simulation modelling
- What-if analysis
- Ad hoc analysis, queries, report generation and business support
- Dashboard and reports creation
- Presentations to senior executives
- Work with various retailers to ensure that best practice is being consistently adhered to around supply chain processes
- Effectively manage projects and initiatives for Logistics, end to end

**Requirements**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar will be an advantage
- 3+ years working experience in Data Analytics/Retail/FMCG/Supply Chain/ Logistics Environment will be an advantage
- Data analytics skills and experience (Essential)
- SQL server (Essential)
- Advanced Excel skills (Essential)
- BI tools such as Tableau (Advantageous but not essential)
- Power BI (Advantageous but not essential)
- SAS (Advantageous but not essential)
- Simio (Advantageous but not essential)
- Supply Chain Guru (Advantageous but not essential)
- Problem Solving Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Project Management Skills
- Supply Chain Planning Skills
- Continuous Improvement
- Highly competent in mathematics
- A valid driver’s licence
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and/or Retail

- An eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
