- Preparing regular SOP meetings with sales and finance department.
- Preparing required analysis of historical data trends.
- Preparing and distributing variation analysis of forecast and production planning.
- Preparing and distributing regular rolling forecast and demand planning.
- Updating DDMRP planning based on the results of forecast planning.
- Monitoring and analysing stock data.
- Initiating and discussing corrective actions for slow moving items.
- Generate forecasts for all product groups based on consolidated, cleansed historical demand/ sales data.
- Use continuous forecasts error monitoring to ensure high quality of data and constantly improve the demand plan.
- Synchronize the creation of the demand plan, lead the demand reviews, log & challenge assumptions**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum 5-year planning experience with SAP and Safety Knowledge
- Must have at least materials management experience
- Minimum of Matric
- Good understanding of ERP functionalities
