**SENIOR LITIGATION SECRETARY - CAPE TOWN NORTHERN SUBURBS**

**R 18 000 - R 30 000 ctc, depending on experience**

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification being beneficial
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Dictaphone typing
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Have good communication and people skills
- Able to prepare notices and pleadings
- Open client files and prepare briefs to counsel
- Administrating and organizing professionals’ practices (diary management, answering telephone calls and tracking messages in the absence of team members)
- Preparing accounts for clients and follow up on payment from clients
- FICA adminsitration
- Computer literate
- Maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing systems
- Contact courts to attend to various queries
- Experience in Magistrate’s Court & High Court
