Construction Foreman

Mega Civils Pty Ltd is a Pretoria based civil construction company specializing in earthworks, road construction, wet services such as water, sewer and storm water, as well as concrete work. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman / Site Manager to join our team.
- Kindly note that this is a non-BEE position._

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and supervising all construction activities on site.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and ensuring that they are met.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing and supervising site personnel.
- Maintaining records of site activities, progress and costs.
- Ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available on site.
- Reporting to senior management on project progress and issues.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience as a Construction Foreman / Site Manager in civil construction.
- Experience in earthworks, road construction, wet services such as water, sewer and storm water, as well as concrete work.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials and equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R1,234.00 per month
