Our national client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for managing of the overall operation. A tertiary qualification in the Hospitality sector along with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role as a Project Manager/ Catering Manager. This role requires:

- Excellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock and stock control
- Ideally have a chef background and have good culinary flair with the ability and knowledge to assist with menu development and function design
- Foster and maintain healthy client relationships
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience in management of small and large functions
- Good knowledge of OHSE requirements
- Managed a large number of staff in a team and be confident in HR related matters, staff training and upskilling
- Must be a strong leader with an excellent work ethic who can work well under pressure
