**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or NQF4
- Experience in the banking, financial, petroleum, or retail environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, at an intermediate level
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with suppliers and branches on matters related to credit terms and account status
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining cash flow as needed within the fuels department
- ** Load payments and perform creditor reconciliations**:

- ** Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time**
