Preferred Qualification and Experience
Qualifications:
- Must have completed Matric
- Diploma in Human Resources (advantageous)
- Sales certification or training (advantageous)
Skills / Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ proven work experience in a recruitment environment (preferably agency)
- Hand Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labour legislation
- Ability to demonstrate qualified sourcing techniques
- Ability to source and attract strategic talent to feed into the sales/recruitment pipeline
