Creeler Operator

**2x CREELER OPERATOR**

**The requirements are as follows**:

- Minimum qualification of Grade 12
- Vocational training is an added advantage
- The ability to operate and control machinery is essential
- Must be able to work shifts and overtime when required
- Good numeric and literacy skills
- Must be physically fit to meet physical demands of the job
- Must be punctual, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Ability to read, write and speak English and other South African languages
- Ability to follow set of procedures and routines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to maintain enthusiasm while conducting repetitive work
- Ability to prioritize work, work under pressure and manage deadlines

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receiving bobbins from the Extrusion department
- Maintain the creel according to the cleaning and maintenance schedule
- Load and operate Creel
- Prepare used bobbins for re-use
- Prepare and conduct changeovers
- Report faulty and damaged equipment and machines to the Supervisor
- Constantly check on production of machine and the quality of products
- Abide and enforce all safety practices, procedures, and precautions
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the department

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R7,600.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 2 years (preferred)
