A beautiful semi-fine dining 150 Seater restaurant with impressive wine offering (140 lines of wine) which offers its Guests a Bespoke Dining Experience, located in the Bedfordview/Edenvale/Kensington area of Johannesburg. Restaurant is award winning and set to win many more awards with your skill and experience.

Our client has a very strong Executive Chef and Back of House Culinary team for this 150 pax Upmarket Semi-Fine-Dining Restaurant which offers it’s patrons beautifully presented, tasty and bespoke meal offerings paired with unique lines of wine and spirit and cocktail beverage offerings. The restaurants keeps 140 lines of mostly local but unique South African wines and has many wine makers visit the establishment regularly. The Restaurant has already won several awards and is position in the top 10 Restaurants in Johannesburg and their aim is to move solidly up the ranks with the help of this strong Restaurant Manager who will ensure that Front Of House operations and service runs as smoothly as back of house operations do. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and is operational for Lunch and Dinner service Wednesday through Friday, Saturday offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (Full Double Shift) and on Sundays is open for Breakfast and Lunch only. Your working hours will suit accordingly. Standard Upmarket Dining restaurant Management duties will apply.

**Qualifications**

Relevant Wine Certifications will prove advantageous. Food and Beverage Certifications will be advantageous.

**Skills**

You must be experienced within a similar styled operation and in a similar role, with strong South African Wine and Beverage knowledge and stable work experience within an upmarket dining environment. Great with Guests and Patrons, Strong Management and Leadership skills, Good Stock and Beverage Control and training skills are required in this role. You must be wanting to put yourself and this establishment on the map and be knowledgeable about the Eat Out Awards and Top 10 Restaurants and their offerings to be successful in this role.
