**Portfolio Administrator Opportunity**

We are looking for a Portfolio Administrator for one of our clients within Financial Services.
- General office administrative duties and activities.
- Providing support to Investment Managers and Officers in the deal approval chain and with portfolio maintenance.
- Credit Control Duties.
- Performing of ad hoc duties as and when necessary such as preparing documents for Area meetings, attending to client queries, supporting investment teams.
- Minute taking at area meetings.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

**Matric**

**Degree (Administration / Accounting)**

**Minimum of 2 years in an Admin-related role**

**Knowledge of compliance requirements for FAIS/FICA,**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel) is Mandatory**

**Technically proficient in accounting principles**

**Rigorous in summarizing information**

**Able to integrate various information**

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Houghton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English extremely well (required)
