**About the role**:
We are looking for someone with experience in creation of ads, marketing angles, marketing strategies. You would be the first link of communication between the agency and the client. The idea is that you will be in charge of understanding what they want and what they need, help them develop their identity and provide the team of creators with clear instructions to follow based on this information for them to create different productions for each client.

In your role as a Creative Manager at 99ads, your key areas of responsibility will be:

- Come up with new ad concepts/angles/ideas for the clients you’ll get assigned
- Manage your creative team (Graphic Designer, Video Editor and Copywriter)
- Be in charge of client communication and account performance

**Preferred Experience**
- 1-year experience as a Creative Manager in online advertising
- Experience as a media buyer or as a Meta Ads/TikTok Ads designer
- Experience managing a team
- B2B relationship management experience

**Commitment**
- Monday to Saturday during our core hours of 3-6pm CET
- 30-35 hours per week with the potential to increase your hours

**What you’ll need**:

- Consistent capacity of 30-35 hours /week (120-140/month)
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing (doesn’t need to be native language)
- Owning a laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection
