We are on the hunt for a **Male Cleaner** to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and Minor maintenance duties.

**Responsabilités**
- Clean facilities by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning walls, restroom cleaning, taking out waste etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Paint and fill minor gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Door repairing such as changing Locks
- carrying out any messenger duties

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as a Cleaner
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity
- High school Matric
- Self
- Motivated and dynamic individual
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to accept Confidential responsibility and be accountable for work standards
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Applicant must be residing in Pretoria

**Hours**:Your usual hours will be from 8am to 5pm. However, you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets.

**Special Working Conditions**:Your Job might sometimes require you to travel outside areas away from your initial post.
