Carpentry Facilitator

**Minimum Qualification**:
Qualified Artisan with a Red Seal Trade Certificate.
Assessor SOR and Moderators will receive preference.
Must be Computer Literate.
3 - 5 years of work experience in the Carpentry Trade.

**Job Purpose**:
Facilitate, assess, and moderate training given by IETI. Deliver training and conduct assessments to ensure training meets UXI Group regulatory and legislation requirements to support the achievement of UXI Group Operations and objectives.

**KPA’s**
- All Documentation adheres to UXI standards and QMS system
- Implement QMS Policies and Procedures and ensure that Quality is maintained
- Manage the implementation of UXI and IETI training and learning strategy
- Manage implementation of QMS on site
- Manage continuous improvement in teaching and learning
- Address all program non-conformance with regards to quality management
- Embrace UXI AD Group culture
- Preparation for student assessments and/or re-assessments when required
- Prepare and assist learners doing assessments with special needs
- Planning of assessments for KM & PM’s and other programmes
- Follow the necessary procedure when reporting equipment checks
