**Duties**:
Including, but not limited to:

- Generating Membership Certificates
- Data capturing
- Assist in the planning / booking and attend Company Events
- Meet and Greet Visitors
- Set up and serve Refreshments for Meetings
- Day to day working and updating on our "Your Membership" System/Programme
- Exporting reports and Excel Spreadsheets (Important)
- Computer Literate. - In house training will be provided on our "Your Membership" Programme
- Good communication skills telephone and written.
- Able to work accurately and have the ability to pay attention to detail.
- Responsible person who takes pride in their work.
- The ability to work on their own at times and under pressure.
- Punctual and have good time management
- Be proactive and have a positive outlook on life
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Be extremely logically minded
- Have a methodical approach to a task.

- Must possess a sense of urgency
- Must have Matric, Drivers License and own transport

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 16:00pm and Fridays 8:00am to 14:00pm
