- Making and maintaining reservations, responding to enquiries
- Being the primary point of contact for incoming booking enquiries and for fulfilling these requests in an efficient and professional manner
- Handling queries/complaints and difficult situations
- Receiving and processing payments from Agents
- Key account management - Building relationships externally with dedicated Agents
- Hosting of guests
