**Competencies and ExperienceÂ**
â-ª Matric
â-ª Minimum 2 years' experience in either mono layer LDPEÂ Â Â Â extrusion or Blown film extrusion (Essential)

Roles and Responsibilities
â-ª Machine operation
â-ª Correct winding, weighing, and labelling of reels.
â-ª Monitor the production process, keeping this at a high standard to control waste.
â-ª Recording of waste and downtime.
â-ª Weight and thickness adjustment of product
â-ª Report all incidents, accidents, damages, and all defective product to the Production Supervisor during or before the end of the shift.
â-ª Ensure all products complies with technical standards.
â-ª Ensure all required documents for that particular function shall be filled and signed on each shift.
â-ª Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage
â-ª Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management
