Service Architect

We have a unique opportunity for a Service Architect to join Sipcom, our fast-growing telecommunications and digital transformation organisation. Acquired by the Content+Cloud group in 2021, the company is going from strength to strength and is looking to expand their footprint further.

As our organisation grows, so will your career. This is a pivotal position where your expertise will be truly valued. Some of the exciting workstreams you will be involved in include:

- Designing and delivering end-to-end service proposals, support models and service transitions that are designed to meet cost, risk, time, and quality goals
- The creation of all aspects of IT Service policies, processes, procedures, and quality
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales teams and Project Leads to ensure all aspects of IT service management and reviewed and addressed throughout the whole lifecycle

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experiene working within an ITIL Framework / be ITIL v3 Expert certified
- Strong experience in Service Design and Service Transition
- Process design and implementation experience
- External customer facing and commercial experience in the delivery and support of IT services
