Ubs & Cbs Specialist

Conduct product training on site - UBS, CBS & Delivery systems
- Collaborate with manager to determine level of support within new areas
- Collaborate with manger and front-end to determine refresher training schedules
- Collaborate with manger and front-end to determine systems audit schedules
- Actively promote benefits of UBS such as improved safety, more efficient logistics, capability, coupling ratios, improved fragmentation, lower fume emissions etc.
- Prepare training material in conjunction with training department and other internal industry experts and packaging it in line with MQA standards
- Monitor inventory of product, spares and equipment in the field and report any irregularities to manager
- Assist your customer with requesting quotations from central stores during conversions and training
- Develop continuous improvement practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency of processes
- Conduct product and equipment testing with R&D allocated teams in order to align real time industry requirements with new or improved technologies
- Coordinate trial processes in newly identified areas to ensure successful delivery of required trial outcomes
- Assist frontline in coordinating equipment maintenance as part of service delivery during trials, audits or training
- Technical backup and fault finding on UBS delivery systems e.g. MCU's
- Monthly reports on underground units, emulsion bays, surface silo areas and emulsion usage per mine within area of responsibility.
- Support continual business improvement and change management
- Comply with governance and established policies, systems, procedures and practices
- Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Qualified assessor
- Qualified train the trainer
- At least 1 year underground mining experience
- Knowledge of AEL products and equipment
- Knowledge of underground mining under different conditions
- Explosives Engineer
