Rigger

A company in the engineering industry based has an EE opportunity available for a Rigger to be based in the Cape Town area. This will be temporary position for 3 months.

**Requirements**:

- Matriculation Certificate or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers license - Code C
- Valid Crane Operators certificate
- Red Seal Rigger qualification
- Crane operation and rigging experience of 5 years each
- Machine-moving working experience essential

**Duties**:

- Assist with site surveys
- Conduct safety checks on equipment to be utilised
- Drive crane truck and operate same if so certified
- Survey the site again and undertake a proper risk assessment
- Ensure that timesheets, the signed contract and further relevant documentation is returned to the Operations Department timeously
