All Reception responsibilities, answering of telephones, taking messages, assisting with general enquiries, ordering of refreshments, making courier bookings.

Finance administration, invoicing, filing and general assistance to the finance team.

The applicant must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

Matric (essential)

Basic finance experience advantageous.

2 years' experience in a Reception or Administrative role

Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, Forms), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

The applicant must be motivated, a team player, responsible, tolerate, proactive and portray a positive attitude.

Own transport is required.

Must have excellent people skills

Professional telephone etiquette.
