**Job Title Dispatch Administrator**

Branch: KZN Pinetown

Position Reports to Branch Manager

**Job Overview**
- Plan daily deliveries to various customers within the KZN region.
- Execution of deliveries timeously whilst provided constant feedback to customers.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric
- Logistics background
- Understand the KZN region from a geographical perspective (local person)

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Plan daily deliveries to various customers linked to OTIF
- Plan driver's routes.
- Ensure daily POD’s are checked and filled.
- Maintain trucks / general maintenance / fuel reports / tracker reports.
- Update / communicate with customers on their order status.
- Liaise with external, internal and production staff for efficient planning and distribution,

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

- Dispatch Administrator: 2 years (required)
- Logistics background: 1 year (required)
