**Minimum requirements**:

- LLB
- Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary
- 5 -10 years’ experience in Transfers
- Able to work on LexisConvey
- Experience in Ghost practice will be beneficial
- Experience in Deceased estates, Commercial drafting and agricultural transfers will be beneficial
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
