Reporting to the Team Leader in the Tooling Plugs Department, you will fulfil the necessary requirements with regards to the operational activities / requirement in the Tooling Department to meet the Departments objectives which is the manufacturing of high-quality components.

**KEY JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Rough Fairing of large surfaces of plugs, using long boards
- Finish Sanding of plugs, using hand held sanding blocks
- Use power tools or relevant equipment to achieve operational objectives (Orbital and Pneumatic sanders, Buff machines, Grinders, Trimmers and Routers)
- Be familiar with the different grids of sand paper and there usage
- Safely handle flammable chemicals (Acetone/ MEKP thinners/All Catalyst, etc.)
- Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Assist in other facilities when required
- Able to work nightshift and overtime when required
- Be Flexible to assist with Adhoc task when required i.e., Finishing, Laminating, CNC assistance, and carpentry assistance.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
Minimum: NQF Level 2 (Grade 10).

Ideal: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12).
- Experience: Any Sanding, Automotive Body repair and Catalyst ratio mixing experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
- Have a thorough understanding of the quality condition within the company.

**Salary**: R1,111.00 - R122,222.00 per week

- Montague Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
