Our client is seeking a **Property Manager - Regional** for a 5-Year contract to join their team, based in Mthatha. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight, directing and managing organisation’s overall regional property portfolio in line with the financial sustainability and strategic mandate. Duties to include:

- *Compliance and governance *Leasehold management *Asset management *Infrastructure and facilities management. Minimum Requirements:

- *Bachelor of Commerce, Civil Engineering or Architecture *5 Years relevant experience in the property management industry of which 3 years should be at supervisory level or consultancy role *In depth understanding of business management, legal aspects, financial management and maintenance within the property sector *Advanced management and experience of working in multi-cultural and diverse teams advantageous.
