**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in making high-end breads.
- Mid-level experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work up to 45 hours per week, across 5 days, depending on operational requirements.
- Passion for baking and a creative mindset.
