**PURPOSE**:
Provide general administration, financial and logístical support services, ensuring compliance with standard policies & procedures.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Carry out administrative functions.
- Provide a financial support function.
- Assist with logistics.
**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**
- NQF 4 Diploma/ Certificate in relevant field.
- 2-3 year’s experience in administration.
- Knowledge of procurement processes & financial principles.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail, time management & organisational skills.
