Minimum 7 years experience in HR Officer or similar role
- BCOM Degree in Human Resources Management/LLB/Degree in Labour Law or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of dealing with Unions Bargaining Council
- Extensive experience in CCMA and labour court cases.
- Controlling Industrial realtions climate
- Monthly reporting on IR
- Compliance with labour law and governance
- Overseeing two sites

**Salary**: R520 000,00 - R720 000,00 per year
