As a Branch Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all of our department and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the departments, including inventory and warehouse management, order fulfillment, IT, Finance and customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Leading and motivating a team of specialists to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and service, to optimize overall business performance.

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in after-sale parts management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
