In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational landscape and ensuring the quality of our undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Accounting and Finance.

**Educational Requirements**:
Possess a Master's degree in the relevant discipline.(Accounting, Financial Management OR Taxation)
Exhibit advanced computer literacy.
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of lecturing experience in higher education at a tertiary institution.
Be well-versed in hybrid online and face-to-face learning environments.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Imparting your expertise in Accounting and Taxation to enhance the academic delivery of our Accounting programs.
Conducting engaging online webinars and face-to-face lectures as required.
Taking charge of designing, developing, and maintaining teaching and learning materials, both online and web-based.
Implementing appropriate teaching methods, learning support, and assessment practices.
Preparing and managing assessments, including setting, marking, and grading, while offering valuable feedback to students.
Conducting ongoing research and analysis to identify curriculum updates and additions.
Providing essential information for accreditation processes with quality assurance and professional bodies.

Periodically reviewing and updating all Accounting, Finance, and Taxation programs to ensure alignment with industry norms and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensuring the continued relevance of our programs to meet local and international industry expectations and deliver a high-quality student experience.
Managing and reviewing student academic performance.
Encouraging engagement with multiple stakeholders to advance our programs.
Championing our institution's Accounting education offerings within the industry.
Offering academic support, consultation, and guidance to students as needed.
