Our client in Alrode is looking for an automotive/truck logistics administrator, also referred to as a “Padman”, who will be responsible for all administrative matters regarding the vehicle, load and driver as well as monitoring vehicle movements.

**Description**:
Debriefing the driver after a completed trip & following the necessary procedures & steps as per guidelines/standards

Issuing & publishing of Trip sheets

Administration includes calculating kilometres, POD’s and recording events timeously and accurately

Vehicle and Depot control & conducting pre-trip inspections

Monitoring of vehicles & phone calls when on duty

**Key Attributes & Competencies**:
Must be able to ensure that efficient and accurate record-keeping & standards are maintained at all times,

Excellent communication skills,

Computer literate,

Excellent administrative skills,

Fluent in Afrikaans and English,

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Minimum Grade 12,

3+ years experience in logistics/administration,

Knowledge of the mechanics of vehicles and trucks will be an advantage,

Must be willing to work shifts.
