Job Title: Factory / Production Supervisor

Location: Gordons Bay, Western Cape

**Salary**: R 9 540.00 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate objectives to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Make sure all procedures are followed correctly.
- Oversee and coach employees.
- Make sure all employees comply with cleaning the factory before, during, and after a shift and that raw materials be sterilized correctly.
- Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as Factory Supervisor or similar role.
- Work experience in HACCP standards.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Must not be afraid of and love dogs
