**BEAUTY & AESTHETIC SPECIALIST**

**CAPE TOWN CITY**:

- CPT, Western Cape (South Africa)

**Starting Date**: 01 September 2023 / A.S.A.P

**Reports to**:Manager / Business Owner

**Hours**:

- Tuesday - Saturday (5 shifts per week)
- 09:00 - 18:00

**Package Potential**:

- **R10,000 Basic Salary** per month (based on the desired skills & experience required by this role)

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- South African national
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds / N-Dip Somatology / Beauty Specialist Diploma
- BONUS: Dermal Aesthetics qualifications
- At least 3-years in professional working environment (not student hours)
- **Confident and skilled in all standard Health & Skin Care services including**:

- Skin Care & Advanced Facials (Peels, Knowledge of Skin, Product Knowledge)
- Waxing (Face, body & intimate areas)
- Manicures & Pedicures (including Gel polish)
- Massage
- Tinting & Shaping

**BONUS Skills**:

- Chemical Peels
- Micro-needling / Skin Pen
- Microblading
- Eyelash Extensions
- Make-up (special occasion etc)
- Nail Systems

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Able to speak knowledgably about treatments and products
- Able to be results-driven and to recommend treatments and homecare accordingly, getting the client the best possible result.
- Effectively re-book clients
- Communicate in a professional, confident manner with all clients and team members
- Consistently provide excellent guest services
- Self-manage and self-motivate
- Able to prioritise tasks and stay focused on tasks at hand
- Maintain a beautifully groomed appearance at all times
- Take ownership of your space and tools, making sure the room and implements are looked after
- Manage own training schedule, communicating to management the need/want for training and presenting a case for attendance.
- Familiar with new treatments/products and trends in the industry
- Take responsibility for all stock, assisting in stock counting and helping out where necessary.
- Accountability for their actions
- An overall positive and pleasant demeanor
