**Production Supervisor**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for implementing the daily production plan as communicated by the Production Planner
- The management of all production operations from inception to completion to achieve the required output
- Analyze existing production practices to improve manufacturing methods, reducing production costs and improve delivery times
- You closely work with management and manage staffing levels in production area to achieve the optimum labour utilization and meet overall delivery dates
- Always support good housekeeping in production area and continuous workflow by implementing good manufacturing processes
- Using technical drawings where available and involve Technical Manager where drawings are not available to obtain pre-authorization and technical assistance for completion of work
- You further ensure work is conducted in accordance with quality control plan (QCP)
- Assistance to Artisans with various job functions to obtain quality required and provide on-the job training where necessary

**What makes you great**
- An Artisan, Boilermaker or Fitter qualification with Red Seal could be achieved by you
- You gained at least 6 years of working experience
- Manufacturing, fabrication and refurbishment of pressure vessels, road tankers and equipment, especially in a Cryogenic environment are part of your expertise and experience
- You possess skills in Plating, sheet metal, boiler making, fitting and welding
