Achieve telesales budgets in an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- To Protect XDS’s client base and onboard new clients.
- To prepare reports and analysis for existing portfolio and prospects alike as agreed in KPI’s with management.
- Assisting clients with billing issues, and general queries
- Conducting telephonic product training where necessary.
- Processing client agreements timeously
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling (own lists)

**Calling Focussed Campaign Participation.**
- Creating and maintaining a sufficient pipeline to meet targets (3 x the required amount).
- Enter Prospective Customer details on CRM
- Create and Maintain Daily planner on diary.
- Create and maintain monthly plan to achieve target down to customer specific details.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Competent Computer keyboard skills
- At least 3-5 years Outbound Call Centre Sales experience with a proven track record
- Previous Credit Bureau experience advantageous
- Previous Financial industry experience advantageous
- Excellent telephone and administrative skills
- High degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues
- Ability to work under pressure in order to meet targets and deadlines
- Understanding of current products

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Must have experience of at least 3-5 years in an outbound call centre environment as a sales agent, with a proven track record of successful selling.
- Previous Credit Bureau experience is an advantage.
- Having worked in the financial industry is advantageous.
- Must exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and sales skills.
