Maintenance Foreman- Mechanical

**Job Advert Summary**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- N4 Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent),
- Relevant Trade Test/Red Seal Certificate
- 3-5 years relevant experience in mechanical field
- 5-10 years in the relevant position
- Refrigeration in NH3 (Advantageous)
- Willing to work shifts.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accountable & responsible to manage and co-ordinate the mechanical department to ensure the correct process flow.
- Maintain and continuously upgrade service function. e.g., order entries, correct maintenance program, scheduling of preventative maintenance.
- Maintain the total quality systems with the mechanical department.
- Manage planned maintenance systems in co-ordinance with engineering personnel.
- Ensuring that regular inspection of equipment, are carried out.
- Maintain operational budgets within maintenance.
- Maintain proper external/ internal communication with suppliers, clients & various departments.
- Ad hoc task given by management
- Maintenance of boilers, cookers etc.
- Safety and Health (OHSA).
