Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist | Remote
Limitlessli is a staffing company that recruits, hires and manages long-term remote staff for growing businesses globally.
Client: We are seeking a dedicated medical transcriptionist to join a US healthcare facility.
- Location: Remote (permanent work from home)
- Type of Work: Full-time
- Work Hours: Mon - Fri, US Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Transcribe notes and records of physician's patient visits in addition to correspondence.
- Successfully operate computer software related to word processing, transcription equipment, and dictation.
- File and store office records as needed.
- Enter clinical data related to incoming lab orders and requisitions using relevant
computer software.
- Ensure proper spelling, grammar and consistency as it relates to proper medical
terminology.
- Review and correct mistakes in reports after checking with physicians.
- Ensure proper documentation is used throughout doctors' office.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written english communication
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Proficiency in grammar, abbreviations, and punctuation
- Preferably with healthcare/ medical background
- Working knowledge of commonly used medical terminology
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
Start date: Can start ASAP

Tools needed: You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation
headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R15,871.97 - R17,739.26 per month
