Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting patients with appointments and queries.
- Managing patient records, including scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Processing payments, insurance claims, and coordinating with other medical staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with medical software is beneficial.
