We are looking for a Trainer who comes from a strong BPO background, who wants to be part of a well establish BPO.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Previous Training experience of atleast 3 years(ideally we are looking for 5 years)
- Work along-side key stakeholders to establish training needs
- Track, and record time and attendance
- Support new hires from a mentoring perspective
- Consult mainly onsite training session and virtual session if and when needed
- Conduct other duties applicable to the role

**Key requirements**:

- Be willing and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in the financial services training experience
- Able to work through some teething pains as the company scales up
- Great communication
- Matric and additional qualifications essential
- Be willing to work from the office in our foreshore offices
- Good leadership skills
- Team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Training/facilitator: 3 years (required)
