**Payroll Processing**
- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation in accordance with South African labour laws.
- Verify and reconcile timesheets, attendance records, and other data.
- Ensure timely submission and payment of statutory payroll taxes and deductions (e.g., PAYE, UIF).

**Data Management**
- Maintain employee payroll data and records, including tax information and benefits.
- Update and validate employee information, including personal details, bank accounts, and tax forms, while ensuring compliance with Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

**Compliance**
- Stay updated with South African labour laws and tax regulations.
- Ensure the organisation's payroll processes comply with statutory requirements and contribute to Employment Equity Act and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) compliance.

**Payroll Reporting**
- Generate and distribute payroll reports that meet the specific requirements of South African regulators.
- Prepare reports for accounting, auditing, and submission to statutory authorities.

**Problem Resolution**
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues, keeping in line with the country's labour dispute resolution procedures.
- Address employee queries related to their pay, taxes, and leave entitlements.Benefits Administration

**Assist in administering employee benefits, such as provident funds, medical aid, and leave accruals, while considering the requirements of the Pension Funds Act and Medical Schemes Act.**

Systems and Software
- Utilize payroll software and HRIS systems that are compliant with South African regulations.
- Stay current with software updates and enhancements and remain aware of changes to tax tables.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R18,022.09 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
