Our client, operating in the civil engineering and construction industry is looking to appoint a senior seasoned Sales Executive with numerous years experience in civils / construction or mining industry with a proven capability of originating deals and securing contracts. Potential clients can be in the mining and or private sector. The successful incumbent can live anywhere in South Africa, but the focus is on Gauteng and Western Cape with some work in Mpumalanga or Limpopo.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extensive Knowledge and contacts within the civil engineering industry & construction of roads/water pipelines and or landfills
- Existing network/database.
- Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Create and expand construction’s footprint in Public and Private sector.
- Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management team.
- Coordinate and assist in the proposal process with the marketing and project management teams.
- Ability to travel as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Diploma/Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years' sales and marketing / business development experience within the civil engineering/construction Industry with a successful track record of building relationships and securing contracts.
- Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organisations.
- Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R80 000,00 - R100 000,00 per month
