Carwash Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day carwash operations, including staff management, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a high-quality service and leaves with a positive experience.
- Efficiently manage inventory and supplies, overseeing product ordering and restocking.
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the carwash.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Please note that this position requires retail hours, including weekends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the carwash or related industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and enforce policies.
- Basic management skills, with a hands-on approach to achieving objectives, including hitting sales targets, hiring and training staff, commercializing marketing and sales activities, recording all client interactions in a database, and ensuring compliance with housekeeping, brand tenets, and corporate identity standards.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Milnerton, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
