Carpenter

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for various tasks related to woodworking, construction, and maintenance. This dynamic role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and assemble cabinets according to project specifications
- Fabricate custom cabinets based on design plans
- Lay tiles accurately and efficiently in various settings
- Perform metal stud framing for walls and ceilings
- Install fixtures such as faucets, lights, and handles
- Assist with heavy lifting as required for construction projects
- Conduct mold remediation tasks when necessary
- Complete general maintenance work including repairs and upkeep
- Work on drywall installation and finishing
- Creating of designs for customers and making recommendations
- Drafting of cutting lists and obtaining quotations from suppliers.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in cabinet installation techniques and woodworking
- Strong fabrication skills for custom cabinetry
- Experience in precise tile laying
- Knowledgeable about metal stud framing techniques
- Ability to install fixtures with attention to detail
- Capable of handling heavy lifting during construction
- Familiar with mold remediation procedures
- Skilled in general maintenance tasks and repairs
- Competent in drywall installation and finishing
