You will be working as Trade & Transport Compliance Specialist and will be the part of Electrification business area for Services division based in Longmeadow, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to Service Manager and will be responsible to supporting ELSE business to ensure goods are shipped whilst meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. Develop, maintain and improve transport / logistics processes to optimize inbound and / or outbound product and material delivery to external and internal clients.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing and updating monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to customer locations and coordinating product delivery schedule with project / sales team
- Coordinating daily activities to track location and movement of finished goods and raw materials via all transport modes, re-routing freight as needed to meet demands and minimizing cost ad communicating fulfilment status to logistics and sales organizations as required
- Working closely with transport service providers and brokers to assure efficient, cost-effective execution of business requirements, obtaining necessary transport permits and codes, preparing transportation paperwork for import and export
- Fulfilling shipping, packing and advising on marking procedures per project requirements in compliance with governmental regulations
- Supporting the development and implementation of improved processes and systems, maintaining master data when required

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Familiar with working on SAP & BOL, strong knowledge of transport planning and order handling process, microsoft office experience essential for role
- Must be a team player, customer oriented and an ability to perform under pressure, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
