**Product Trainer (EE)**

**FMCG | Construction Markets**

**Criteria**:

- **3 to 5 years of experience in product training in retail, retail merchandising, sales in the construction chemicals, technical industries.**
- **Minimum Grade 12, with preference being given to market relevant qualifications**
- **Code B driver’s license essential.**
- Well versed in all forms of digital communication as well as have excellent verbal & written skills
- Able to present before audiences and individuals.
- Passion for knowledge transfer and skills development and have a love for people.
- Strong time keeping and planning skills
- The ability to work solo and as part of a team.
- Keeping up to date with changes in the industry

**Daily functions**:

- Working closely with Sales & Marketing departments
- Work closely with Consumer Sales team in setting up training calls & schedules with clients
- Conduct mobile product training at retail partners on a regular basis and, providing support to Consumer Sales Reps
- Support distributors by means of trade mornings and staff training seminars. Responsible for direct communication with a wide range of distributors and customers
- Maintain a constant call cycle/booking cycle for trainings at all retail clients.
- Assist in providing product support and deliver demonstrations of products and systems to sales teams
- Assist in doing site inspections, QA/CA inspections and warranty inspections for specialised projects, working closely with Reps on site.
- Support marketing team with training and installation videos to be used online and for internal and external client
- Responsible for the company sales vehicle
- Ensure tool lists are checked, cleaned and maintained.
- Manage training samples and consumables and ensure correct product samples and stock levels of consumables are on hand to complete product demonstrations and training
- Maintain sound admin practices
- Submit weekly and or monthly reports

Submit completed customer satisfaction surveys after each training event
