Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and designated workspaces
- Emptying trash cans and recycling bins
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Restocking supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Reporting any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the facility

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
