**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential electronics suppliers, conducting comprehensive market research to assess product quality, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to understand electronics requirements and formulate sourcing strategies aligned with project goals.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with electronics suppliers to secure favorable arrangements and maintain cost competitiveness.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing electronics suppliers, while proactively seeking new partnerships to expand our supplier network.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any discrepancies promptly to ensure consistent product quality and on-time delivery.
- Stay abreast of electronics industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics, using insights to make informed procurement decisions.
- Analyze and interpret electronics procurement data, generating regular reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- Play a key role in evaluating and selecting electronics suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to optimize electronics supply chain processes, minimize lead times, and reduce overall costs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance electronics procurement efficiency and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Uphold ethical and sustainable sourcing practices, actively supporting environmentally responsible procurement efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree/Diploma
- Proven track record (2-5 years) in electronics procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with demonstrated success in negotiations and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret electronics market data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronics procurement software and tools for data analysis and supplier management.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to overcoming electronics procurement challenges.
- Familiarity with ethical and sustainable sourcing practices in the electronics industry is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving electronics market conditions and business requirements.
