Maintenance Planner

**URGENT VACANCY**

**Department** : VDB and Germiston - Maintenance

**Position**: Maintenance Scheduler/Planner/Resources Co-ordinator

**Sub-ordinates** : None

**Pay rate** : To be discussed in the interview

A mature planner both in age and experience, needs yellow machine experience or at the minimum tracked underground, large process plant.

This role is for a combination Planner, Scheduler, Resource coordinator

**Knowledge and skill set requirements**

Fuel & Lube tracking

Planning

Asset Register

Activate Tasks per Work Package

Requesting service kits

Staging of scheduled work

Open / Close / File Work orders

Optimize 1 & 2 (services)

Maintenance Risk Assessment

Spares List as per registered equipment

Inspection Registers

Comprehensive work packages

Set and trigger maintenance routines

Optimize Maintenance schedule

Draft routine work schedule - services

Incorporate additional work

Incorporate major component change out

Optimize 1, 2 & 6 (Maintenance / service schedule)

Weekly maintenance compliance report

General maintenance administration Monthly maintenance report

Job cards - open as per request

W/Orders - Hand to relevant sup for planning

Load repair progress onto E-checklist

Asset register

FSS Inspections & reporting (record-keeping)

**Education Needed**:

- Grade 12
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver license

**Training**:

- Planning & Scheduling Training

**Experience**:

- 2 years’ experience in planning and scheduling within heavy industry environment
